Girls & Boys Vice President (Junior or Senior)

• Assists the president
• Helps choose and coordinate fund raisers
• Provides positive leadership for all students
• Attends every performance and assists the director
• Coordinates chorus t-shirt design and sales
• Meets with Choral Council on a regular basis
• Helps select chorus outfits (formal and informal)
• Coordinates the sale of dresses (Girls VP) and shirts/ties/vests (Boys VP)
• Completes a chorus uniform check before every performance, making sure that all singers are dressed appropriately.

Librarian (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior)

• Maintans the Choral Library on a regular basis
• Communicates the the class representatives regarding music
• Coordinates the dospersing and collecting music
• Provides positive leadership for all chorus student
• Meets with the Choral Council on a regular basis
• Helps select chorus outfits (formal and informal)
• Assists with the sale of dresses and shirts

• Coordinates the adverstising of all choral events
• Adverstises all choral events
• Works with the yearbook staff to ensure that the chorus has appropriate pictures and adequate representaton in the yearbook
• Meets with the Choral Council on a regular basis
• Helps select chorus outfits (formal and informal)

Historian (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior)

• Maintains the chorus scrapbook
• Keeps the history of chorus activities throughout the year
• Maintains the Chorus Room bulletin board
• Meets with the Choral Council on a regular basis
• Helps select chorus outfits (formal and informal)
• Works with the yearbook staff to ensure that the chorus has appropriate pictures and adequate representation to the yearbook

Class Representative (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior)

• Provides leadership within the chorus classroom
• Assists the director in the classroom
• Takes rol at concerts and after school rehearsals
• Leads in the warm-ups in class/rehearsal
• Meets with the Choral Council on a regular basis
• Helps select chorus outfits (formal and informal)
• DIsperses and collects music in his/her chorus class
• Welcomes new students to class and reviews procedures
• Carries out the wishes of the Choral President in his/her class
